Biography:

I wasn’t allowed in the water until I was year old due to ear infections, then that was the only place I was quiet as a child; my happy place.

My coach Barbara inspires me through her hard work and dedication to making us swimmers be the best we can be and always encouraging us to try hard. She’s been there since I started swimming and has always been a person to go to if I wasn’t sure on any technique or what I could do to improve. I’ve been swimming competitively since I was 8 years old.

My Mam taught me how to swim along with many others who went on to join clubs.

My other sport/hobby is horse riding. I own a mare called Evie who is 10 yrs old and loves to be mischievous, but never fails to make me smile. I am a qualified swimming instructor and enjoy seeing the children develop through the stages and progressing to become amazing swimmers .
